The New Sherwood Hotel in New Haven, KY was constructed during the second decade of the 20th Century, after a previous hotel on the site burned.  It is now on the National Register of Historic Places.

Laha’s Red Castle, founded in 1934, right across the street from the Lincoln Museum, serves the best hamburgers in Hodgenville, Kentucky, the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln.
